Jessica Weiner brings vast litigation experience to the family law arena, and offers creative solutions to each client's unique situation. Jessica provides a level of compassion and dedication to each client, as she works to navigate the intricacies of complicated custody situations and high conflict matters. She is able to handle complicated domestic relations matters involving high net worth individuals; effectively trace hidden assets; unravel complex compensation structures; and, preserve a client's business interests to maximize the client's results. With over a decade of experience across Lake, Cook and surrounding counties, she handles all aspects of family law. Jessica is regularly sought by judges in Lake and Cook counties to resolve custodial, financial, maintenance issues and parental rights. She is a court appointed Guardian ad Litem and Child Representative, and is called upon by Judges to represent the interests of children in high conflict cases. Again, lending her assistance to the Court, she routinely serves as an appointed and private mediator. Jessica works on the most sensitive of cases when custody, the allocation of parental responsibilities, removal to another state, and other legal challenges. Jessica routinely speaks at conferences and seminars to both members of the legal profession and lay people related to the ever changing rights of parents in Illinois. Jessica is an active member of her community, with a passion for philanthropic events and a heavy involvement in school boards.
